Refund And Returns Policy

Tea is not refundable and not exchangeable as it is a food product. 
Unused, unopened tea accessories in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 14 days – the customer is responsible for shipping cost associated with returning tea accessories. 
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to info@tasteandsmel.com This must be done before your order is shipped.
