This spicy blend of spices is used in Italian cuisine for all spicy dishes. It seasons pasta dishes, pizza, tomato sauce, zucchini or aubergines. Simply fry the seasoning mixture in oil and turn the aldente cooked pasta in it. It can be combined wonderfully with Parmesan.
