Matcha KEN Premium Ceremonial Organic
Matcha is a high-quality Japanese green tea powder. Before the tea leaves are harvested, they are shaded, limiting the access of sunlight by up to 95%. This ensures slower growth of the leaves and thus a more concentrated production of the amino acid (L-theanine), giving the leaves a natural sweetness. After harvesting, the tea leaves are processed, removing the veins and stems, and ground in granite mills into an ultra-fine powder.
