This mozzarella tomato spice mix is ​​suitable for sprinkling tomatoes and mozzarella, for salads, but also for dressing other salads such as green salads or combined with cucumbers and tomatoes. The seasoning mix is ​​also suitable for pickling fish, grilled meat or Mediterranean dishes that have a tomato base. It can be used to make bruschetta or simply served as a dip with quark, creme fraiche or cream cheese. Delicious on tomatoes with mozzarella, in tomato salad, in pasta sauces  and with vegetable casseroles.

Tips & Tricks:

Preparation as a dip
For a quick, easy and deliciously prepared dip, use crème fraîche, cream cheese (here always with a dash of mineral water), quark, yoghurt and mayonnaise or ketchup to get a 200g dip base.
It becomes particularly tasty if you add 4 teaspoons of our Büchel mozzarella tomato.

Then mix everything and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. For mixtures larger than 200g, you can also leave the dip a little longer.
Taste, done.
