The sweet, spicy, slightly smoked note takes you straight to the Copacabana. You can not only use this crazy mixture to season your finished steak in the classic way, but also to marinate it.


Fits well with:

You can also use this mixture to flavor your tofu, the sweet, hot and slightly smoked pepper note makes your tofu an absolute highlight.

Recipe tip:

4 tsp. Mix the smoked pepper hot & sweet with the oil.

Spread this over 2 rump steaks and let stand for 20 minutes. Fry on a hot flame for 2 minutes on each side. Then put it in the oven at 80 degrees.
