Aleppo Chili Flakes (flakes)
The fiery red Aleppo Chili also known as Pul Biber. It mostly comes from Turkey, Syria and Libya. This rather mild type of chili is used a lot in oriental cuisine. Its unique aroma of dried tomatoes with a touch of cumin gives every dish that certain oriental kick. With a degree of sharpness of 2-3, it is also the ideal chilli flake for seasoning on the plate.

Tips & Tricks:
If you like making dips, herb butter and co yourself, you should refine it with this delicious chilli.
Try chili flakes in a lemonade made with fresh lemon juice, brown sugar, fresh mint, and sparkling water for a refreshing treat.
But you can also sprinkle mango pieces with the Aleppo chili and sea salt and lemon juice on top, this is an excellent snack for in between.
