Patatas Bravas Spice preparation for potato wedges in the oven or as a seasoning sauce/marinade for meat, poultry and fish as a mojo rojo and as a dip in cream cheese, sour cream, creme fraiche and quark

Tips & Tricks:

For a quick, easy and deliciously prepared dip, use crème fraîche, cream cheese (here always with a dash of mineral water), quark, yoghurt and mayonnaise or ketchup to get a 200 g dip base.
It becomes particularly tasty if you add 4 teaspoons of our Büchel dip spices.

Then mix everything and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. For mixtures larger than 200g, you can also leave the dip a little longer.
Taste, done.
