Our Hashtag Honey BBQ is so typical BBQ. A smoky note, a slight sharpness and the taste and sweetness of honey. This taste explosion is additionally underpinned by classic BBQ spices such as onion and garlic and refined with excellent kitchen herbs such as oregano, lovage and thyme. Whether as a rub or as a basis for a quick BBQ sauce that is served with the steak or used for glazing, this spice is always extremely good and exactly what you understand by the name.

Tips & Tricks:

This is how we use the spice as a rub: Massage 40g of #Honey BBQ spice mixture into 1KG of meat until it has really penetrated the meat. Now you let it sit for at least an hour (you can clean the grill during this time :-). And then off to the grill. Bon appetit.
