Gyros spice

With our gyros spice mixture you have the perfect spice mixture to make your gyros at least as good or better than the butcher you trust. The typical Greek spices such as garlic, oregano, parsley and onion paired with paprika are just perfect to conjure up a perfect gyros from your meat.

Tips & Tricks:

For our perfect gyros, we cut 500 grams of pork into small strips and mix them with 5 to 6 heaped teaspoons of our gyros spice and add another 5 to 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix everything well and pack the seasoned meat airtight. We then let the whole thing rest in the fridge for 12 hours and then sear it in a pan.
