Here comes the North German classic, our very classic fried fish seasoning salt. Everything in it that supports the delicate taste of the fish but doesn’t mask it. A good pinch of salt, the acidity of the lemon and great herbs that simply take the taste of the fish to a higher level, this is how fish on the North Sea and Baltic Sea should taste.
