Parsley (rubbed)
Parsley is the best known and most popular herb and is grown all over Europe. There is the smooth, somewhat stronger or curly variant, which depends on the shape of the leaves. Its name means “umbelliferous plant growing on rocks”. The taste is spicy fresh. It is mostly used for salads such as B. tabulé, used as a garnish, egg dishes, for potatoes, in quark dishes, soups, minced meat and pasta dishes. Everything from this plant can actually be used. Both the leaves, the stems and the root are very tasty.
