Sour creme (ground)
Sour Cream is a super dip spice mixture WITHOUT flavor enhancers with which you can make your own sour cream in no time at all. Simply add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of spice to 200 g mass (creme fraiche, cream cheese, quark or yogurt). Let the mixture steep for at least 15 minutes.
Tips & Tricks:
For a quick, easy and deliciously prepared dip, use creme fraiche, cream cheese (here always with a dash of mineral water), quark, yogurt and mayonnaise or ketchup to get a 200 g dip base.
It becomes particularly tasty if you add 2-3 teaspoons of our Büchel dip spices.
Then mix everything and leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
For mixtures larger than 200 g, you can also leave the dip a little longer.
Taste, done.
