Who doesn’t love crispy poultry meat. Of course, the quality of the poultry plays a major role. But the spice is ultimately the flavor carrier of a juicy and good-tasting meat. The responsible part for the delicious crust is primarily the spice in combination with the preparation. We at Büchel have once again let our creative minds run free and created a Tuscan spice mix for poultry. For us, Original Italy includes fresh, light herbs such as the delicate oregano in a duet with basil, the strong rosemary paired with the aromatic, fruity tomato, and of course we haven’t forgotten the basics such as paprika, onions and the like. Every poultry dish is a success with this spice mixture.

Tips & Tricks:

Pour good quality olive oil into a small bowl, mix in the spice mixture and stir until a marinade is formed. Marinate the meat and then put it in the fridge for two hours so that it can pull through nicely. And then off to the grill, oven, pan, whatever, the Büchel team wishes you bon appetit
