The spice mix is perfect for preparing tacos and burritos, as well as other Mexican dishes like enchiladas or quesadillas. Simply brown the meat of your choice with the spice mix and then top with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and vegetables, as desired.

Tips & Tricks:
If you like the spice mix a little spicier, you can simply add more chili powder. A pinch of cinnamon also adds a special touch. If you want to make vegetarian tacos or burritos, you can simply replace the meat with vegetables or tofu.

- Paprika

- Salt

- Rapeseed oil
Here is a recipe for delicious taco fillings using our original Mexican Taco & Burrito Seasoning Mix:
Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat (or alternatively tofu or fried mushrooms for a vegetarian version)
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3-4 tbsp Taco & Burrito Seasoning Mix
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can of beans (e.g. black beans or kidney beans), rinsed and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Taco shells or tortillas, for serving
- Optional: grated cheese, sour cream, guacamole and other toppings to taste
Preparation:
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced meat and fry, stirring constantly, until brown and crumbly.
- Add the peppers and garlic and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Taco & Burrito seasoning mix and stir well to ensure the meat and vegetables are evenly seasoned.
- Add the tomatoes and drained beans and stir well. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, until hot and cooked through. If the filling is too dry, add a little water.
- Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- Serve the taco filling in taco shells or tortillas and garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and other toppings to taste.
